By providing your phone number or email, you consent to receive communications from BookingFuel, including automated text messages, service updates, and marketing materials (where permitted). You can reply STOP to opt out of text messages or unsubscribe via email at any time.

4. Payment and Billing

Certain Services, including marketing or automation services, may require payment. By purchasing a service, you agree to our pricing, payment, and billing terms as displayed at checkout or described in your service agreement.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. We reserve the right to modify pricing or billing terms with reasonable notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, about the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Services.

BookingFuel does not guarantee specific business results, lead counts, or revenue outcomes from using our Services. You acknowledge that marketing and booking outcomes depend on multiple factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookingFuel and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to BookingFuel in the past six (6) months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Sections on intellectual property, limitations of liability, and disclaimers will survive termination.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BookingFuel, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado.
